BBL Productions →
BBL Productions is a french CINEMA 4D tutorial powerhouse. I just stopped by to see how they’re doing and man, it’s incredible how much tutorials there are. I mean even though they are all in french, i think most oft them don’t need a translation. Great Work, thank you Sébastien Bellamy Feel free to follow me on Twitter: @neosushi68

How to Setup the "Art Shader" in C4D R13
I just got an email by an user asking how to setup the Art Shader to display in the Viewport. It’s fairly simple, just follow these steps: - Make sure to enable “Enhanced OpenGL” in your Viewports>Options menu - Create a new Material by double clicking within the Material Manager or go to the menu “Create>Material>New Material” - Within the new material,...

Need to blow sh#* up ? Check this out ! →
Well everybody is aware of Cinema4D’s great Dynamics engine. But when it comes to blowing things up, well you need a third party solution. Lazaros and his great little / big tools can help whenever you need to destruct a building, logo or any kind of object in C4D. I gave it a play a while ago and i must say i really liked the accessibility of his tool.
Ink in Water with TurbulenceFD
This was a simple (not really perfect) test i’ve done using TurbulenceFD with Cinema 4D. I believe it was about an hour from installation to this result without ever using it before. So you can see it’s yet powerful and easy to learn. One side note: “If you increase your grid density, make sure to have enough disk space”. See the Movie here

How "Scale Project" can help with DOF
By now i guess at least some of you had the chance to play with Cinema4D’s new Physical Renderer. One thing most of you will do, i assume, is to render your old C4D project files to see how shiny they look now. You’ll recognize that in most cases your project is out of units (well most of mine was…). But it’s pretty simple to fix that issues. If you encounter that your...

Simple 4C Gradient Setup
Everybody loves Gradients I’m not so shure about that quote :) Anyhow i like to use Gradients once in a while to add a certain mood to my renderings. Usually i do them in Photoshop. But after giving Cinema4D a shot i fell in love with the flexibility i have now. The cool thing about this is, that i can render 32bit images of my Gradients. So great when it comes to After Effects work. ...
Art Shader Realtime Demo
When i first saw a test by Kai Pederson showing how he simulated MatCap’s in C4D i was blown away. But i really freaked out when he mentioned what he used for it. The Art-Shader. Some of you may still recognize it when using Sketch&Toon and popped it into a material channel. So i kept stressing our OpenGL developer to implement it into Cinema4D and after some days…tadaa.. i got...
"Seeds v.2" - The Making Of
I really received allot of emails asking me how i did my little experimental movie Seeds v.2. So after i got a little more time again to play around with Cinema4D, i captured this movie to show you how i’ve done it. It’s double the actual speed so you may want to pause the clip here and there. Anyhow i hope this helps to understand how to achieve the effect. Want to know how ?...
Ok if you love Hip-Hop as much as i do you really need to see this Movie. I started to fall in love with Hip-Hop in 1983 and ever since followed it’s progress. What we see nowadays on TV has nothing todo with the true spirit of Hip-Hop. I did BBoying, Graffiti and Rapping myself. I traveld Europe to meet Birds Of a Feather on Hip-Hop Jams where kids had a great time dancing on PVC-flooring...
