It’s been a long time since i’ve done some Cinema 4D work. I made it mainly to free my mind from all of the UX Design work at MAXON. I hope you enjoy it and i’d love to hear what you think about it in the comments, facebook or twitter :)

I will anounce the winners of this 99frames project next week on my Blog - http://99frames.tumblr.com

The wait is finally over and the overall hard work of the Coding and Design Team finally can be viewed at our new Landing Page over at:
http://landingpage.maxon.net/?lang=en
I truly believe that the seemless integration of CINEMA 4D and After Effects will change the way artists will work in the future. Making everything as streamlined as possible was a great challenge but worth the work and the wait :) As i know the main developer for this integration i can clearly say that she did an insane good job on getting things working the logic CINEMA 4D way and helped new to 3D users getting their groove on 3D. So kudos to her and her love to detail and knowledge.
So go over to the landing page and see + hear what the artists got to say about the flawless CINEMA 4D integration into Adobe’s After Effects :)
Feel free to share the news with you co-workers, friends and communities areound the globe.

Hey dear followers, while i’m still waiting for the final judging results on the 99frames project, I thought I’d share this link with you all. It’s from Rich Nosworthy, a very talented motion designer from Auckland, New Zealand. He’ll post an image of his work everyday, like my Swiss-Mis-Mate Everydayswiss do/did for 2012. Make sure to check him out and give some love on his fantastic work ! Maybe he’ll share some more scene files with us :)

Hallo C4D Community,

Oh how sweet can it get,
the first official CubePong is alive and online to be watched. The first final result is super sweet and can be watched here. The best thing about it, you can download the according CINEMA4D file and learn from talented C4D artists from around the world

Hello everyone,
i just wanted to let you know about a very cool project that just kicked of. It’s called CubePong. My mate Eugene Opperman created a site where you can register yourself and be part of a great learning experience by collaborating on a single CINEMA4D file that get’s passed around in the community. Each registered artist will modify the C4D file and passes it on to the next registered user. BAM…at the end, not only you’ve learned something from others, you also got your style/design/animation in there. What can be more fun than that ??? So stop reading an head over to www.cubepong.net and register yourself :)
Have fun everyone

Wow, this is simply great. I just watched the movies on his website and i’m still stunned. Finally we can cache Thinking Particle data to disk and scrub through the timeline. Sweeeeeeeeet…. Thanks to Michael Auerswald !!!
from the official site
TP Partio is a plugin for Cinema 4D R13 and above that will let you cache Thinking Particle particles, write them to disk, share them with other applications and read them back. It will let you take a snapshot of a current frame of your simulation and let it continue from there. It’ll let you play your sims backwards, while you can scrub through them on your timeline.*
